Games will begin on Saturday, three weeks after the playoffs
Ohio High School member schools were informed that all play-off football games in the seven divisions for the first two weeks of the playoffs, starting this season, will be played on Friday.
The games will then be transferred to the pending sections on Friday and Saturday.
In 2022, Division I, II, III and V will play throughout the season on Friday.
The three-week playoffs for Division IV, VI and VII will begin on Saturday.
